Klaudia Błach Morysińska, representing ECTA, participated at the 28th Liaison Meeting on Trade Marks.
The Meeting consisted of the updates on CP13 and CP14 following the feedback and conclusions from the Working Group meetings was presented. Additionally, participants were submitted with the outline and proposed scope for the new CP15 ‘Comparison of goods and services: treatment of terms lacking clarity and precision and common interpretation of Canon and other criteria’. Next, the representatives of BoA presented an overview of the status of Boards of Appeal cooperation activities under the Boards of Appeal Action Plan, Consistency Circles analyse and an overview of the recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Boards of Appeal.
