On February 21, 2018, an author’s meeting devoted to the publication of the “Biographical Dictionary of Polish Attorneys” was held at the headquarters of Warsaw Bar Association.
Dr. Marcin Zaborski is the co-author of the third volume of the “Biographical Dictionary of Polish Attorneys”. The origins of the dictionary date back over 40 years, and volume III of the publication contains 330 biographies of prominent lawyers who died between 1945 and 2010. Among biographies are biographies of prominent lawyers who were active in many fields, including activists of local governments, prominent defenders in political processes, soldiers, politicians, scientists, musicians. Among them are lawyers: Zdzisław Krzemiński, Władysław Siła-Nowicki, Stanisław Szurlej, Tadeusz de Virion, the President of the Republic of Poland Władysław Raczkiewicz, Jan Brzechwa, Stanisław Mikke, Henryk Vogelfänger, Teodor Zalewski and many others.
This valuable and interesting work brings the profiles of prominent lawyers closer and keep the memory of the outstanding representatives of the bar.
