On 4-5 April 2019, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) held a seminar in Maison du Barreau in Paris, which was organized jointly by three AIPPI National Groups from Poland, Germany and France with the participation of the AIPPI Bureau based in Zurich. The meeting covered the actual topics from IP law, including: Trademark Directive implementation, AI and patents and copyrights; patents and Brexit.
Klaudia Błach-Morysińska from Zaborski, Morysiński Law Office was the moderator of the trademark panel on implementation of the Trademark Directive in France, Germanand Poland.
