April 2023 saw a bilateral meeting of EUIPO and ECTA where actual topic of intellectual property were discussed, including GI reform, SME program updates, case law and procedural issues. These regular meetings are an essential part of ECTA’s activities. They enable mutually beneficial exchanges on IP developments, building synergies and contributing to a better IP practice. Klaudia Blach-Morysinska took part in the meeting as chair of Law Committee and member of EUIPO link Committee.
