She specialises in intellectual and industrial property law, copyright law, advertising law and the law against unfair competition. She provides legal assistance in both litigation and administrative matters related to IP issues.

She has extensive experience in proceedings in front of Polish courts and authorities, as well as in front of international bodies. She represents Polish and foreign entities in litigation, in proceedings in front of the Polish Patent Office, WIPO, EUIPO and in front of administrative courts. She has advised and represented global food and industrial corporations.

She graduated from the Catholic University of Lublin. She is qualified as an advocate, patent attorney and European trademark and design attorney. She holds a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Warsaw.

Named Top 25 Women Lawyers in Business by Forbes Women Polska and the Trademark Lawyer of the year by the Women in Business Law Awards 2024. She has been listed in the WTR 1000, Chambers Europe, Legal500, IAM PATENT 100, IP STAR by MIP, WIPR Leaders rankings.

She is the author of numerous publications on industrial and intellectual property law. She delivers lectures on intellectual and industrial property law.
