“Rules of Practicing the Profession of Patent and Trademark Attorney in European Countries” is a valuable publication crafted by the Committee for National and International Cooperation of Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys. This valuable resource has been developed by a dedicated group of professionals who share a passion for understanding and disseminating insights into how the Patent and Trademark Attorney profession is practiced across various European countries.
Journey involved collaborating closely with foreign professional organizations and associations to gather invaluable information which made it possible pinpoint the differences in the competencies and responsibilities of patent attorneys, while also highlighting numerous similarities.
