On 26 March 2026, the 7th BoA Focus User Group Meeting organised by EUIPO took place in Alicante, providing a platform for dialogue between users and the Boards of Appeal. The meeting served as an important forum for discussing key issues related to appeal procedures and their practical application.
Klaudia Błach-Morysińska participated in the meeting. Discussions focused on shared priorities, practical challenges and potential solutions, as well as on procedures, practices and tools, with particular emphasis on ensuring that user perspectives remain central to further developments.
Participation in such initiatives reflects the firm’s active engagement in dialogue with European institutions and its commitment to the continuous improvement of the intellectual property system.
