AIPPI World Congress 2025 in Yokohama – shaping global IP resolutions

The 2025 AIPPI World Congress in Yokohama brought together over 2,000 IP professionals from across the globe. ZMLegal was represented by Dr. Klaudia Błach-Morysińska and Aleksandra Penkowska.

Klaudia serving as Assistant Reporter General was responsible for Study Committee discussions on trade mark exhaustion. The Congress resulted in a set of draft resolutions that will guide future legislative reforms and harmonization efforts worldwide.


As a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the Standing Committee on Trade Secrets, Aleksandra actively participated in the meetings and work of these committees.


Our participation in AIPPI’s global structures allows us to contribute to the development of international standards for IP protection, bridging the worlds of academia, regulation, and business.
