Our colleague Klaudia Błach Morysińska had the privilege of presenting at The Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys webinar, offering insights into the latest EU caselaw. She focused on selecting the most current and compelling cases, ranging from the comparison of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (T-68/22), to the Brexit implications on earlier rights (C-801/21 P), and the issue of non-original spare parts in trademark infringement (C‑334/22), among others.
