The end of February and the beginning of March is always time of the eagerly awaited ECTA Round Table in Alicante. This annual gathering, in collaboration with Magister Lvcentinvs, continues to attract significant attention within the intellectual property community.
This year’s event focused on the evidence procedure before EUIPO. The Round table featured three engaging panels: 1) What to prove 2) When to prove 3) How to prove, and distinguished speakers from the private practice, industry, EUIPO and EUIPO Boards of Appeal will share their expertise.
Klaudia Błach Morysińska had the pleasure to moderate the first panel where together with esteemed panelists they discussed the issues of facts that should be proved before EUIPO and burden of prove. It will be very practical and useful discussion.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our IP colleagues, EUIPO officials, and students who graced the event with their presence.
We eagerly anticipate returning to Alicante for next year’s Round Table!
