Klaudia Błach-Morysińska from our Law Firm took part in the ECTA Round Table held in Alicante, co-organized with the University of Alicante and the Magister Lvcentinvs program.
This year’s edition focused on the topic: “New Times for the Protection of Designs in the EU: What Will Change with the Reform?”
The event featured engaging discussions on the implications of the upcoming EU Design Reform and the latest developments in design-related case law. The sessions provided valuable insight into how these changes may affect both practice and legislation.
Thank you to all organizers, moderators, and speakers for a well-structured and informative program. Special recognition goes to the ECTA EUIPO-link Committee for their excellent work.
It was also a pleasure to reconnect with colleagues and friends in the beautiful setting of Alicante.
We eagerly anticipate returning to Alicante for next year’s Round Table!
