We are proud to share that Klaudia Błach-Morysińska, attorney-at-law and Partner at our firm, took part as an auditor in the 9th edition of the Stakeholder Quality Assurance Panels (SQAP), organized by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) as part of its 2024–2025 audit cycle.
The panels took place on 13 and 27–28 November 2024, bringing together 20 experts from 12 user associations to review a sample of EUIPO’s absolute grounds decisions based on strict quality criteria, focusing on clarity, consistency, and predictability.
Launched in 2017 under the EUIPO Strategic Plan 2020, the SQAP initiative integrates the user perspective into the Office’s quality management framework and supports ongoing improvements to decision-making practices.
Participation in this initiative reflects ZM Legal’s commitment to excellence in intellectual property law and active involvement in shaping the future of IP systems in Europe.
