The discussion focused on the analysis of first-instance decisions and on identifying ways to enhance their clarity, consistency, and predictability in opposition and patent invalidation proceedings. This initiative represents an important step toward strengthening the quality management system of the Polish Patent Office. The diversity of perspectives and the collaborative approach contributed to a productive and meaningful exchange.
