We are pleased to announce that the members of the ZM Legal team have completed ambitious courses this year.
Paula Tukaj has completed the annual Trade Mark and Design Educational Program for Practitioners Course, organised by EUIPO and delivered by EUIPO staff, leading IP professionals and academics. The Examination Panel has appointed Paula’s written submission as excellent. It will be published for all the participants to see as examples of good practice.
Paweł Poznański completed one of the online courses organised under the auspices of the Harvard Law School in Boston, which included the perspective of the current form of copyright law.
