The publication – “It’s not only Valentine’s Day – February’s love letter to designs” – provides a detailed overview of the EU Design Law Reform, a long-awaited modernization of Community Design legislation.
The article, written by members of AIPPI Poland Young Members, examines the most important changes, including the new definition of “EU design”, updated fee structures, a new registration symbol, digital and 3D design protection, the repair clause, and the complex issue of cumulative IP protection.
