On 29 April – 1 May 2018, the National Israel AIPPI group held “„The 3 International Convention on The Economy of Innovation” in Tel Aviv. The meeting covered the actual topics from IP law, including: IoT and software-based patent protection in digitalized world, importance of commercialization of intellectual property rights, topics on trademarks and designs
Klaudia Błach-Morysińska from ZM Legal was one of the lecturer and took active part in Internet Of Things (IoT) and Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) panel. During her presentation she was talking about FRAND and SEPs enforcement.
