From 22 to 25 October 2023, the AIPPI 2023 World Congress took place in Istanbul. The law firm Zaborski, Morysinski was represented by attorney and patent attorney Klaudia Blach-Morysinska,
Klaudia took an active part in the Congress, first and foremost, as Chair of the Study Question Committee on the issue of “Proving trademark use”. The work of the Study Committee led by Klaudia culminated in a resolution, which was discussed during the Plenary Session of the Congress and adopted during the Executive Committee.
In addition, as co-chair of the Design Committee and as a member of the Programme Committee, Klaudia participated in meetings of these committees where current problems and issues of intellectual property law were discussed. In addition to substantive meetings, there was no lack of time for business and social meetings.
It was three days of interesting lectures, meetings and discussions.
