On 13 February, the first-ever webinar organized by AIPPI Poland Young Members took place under the title: “New Year, New Me – Notes from the Design’s Diary.”
Paweł Poznański, attorney-at-law at our firm, participated as one of the speakers, sharing insights on the upcoming EU design law reform scheduled for 2025.
The webinar covered:
• new definitions and scope of protection,
• newly introduced exemptions,
• changes in filing and renewal procedures,
• the repair clause,
• cumulative protection of designs.
