We are pleased to share that Dr. Klaudia Błach-Morysińska participated as a panelist in the 6th Sertaç Köksaldı Intellectual Property Law Seminar, organized by AIPPI Türkiye on 3–4 April 2025 at the impressive İstanbul Naval Museum.
Klaudia took part in the session on Online Trademark Infringement, presenting an overview of key case law and recent developments in this increasingly significant area of IP law.
Her presentation covered, among other topics, intermediary liability, enforcement practices, and the evolving challenges of IP protection in the digital environment.
The seminar gathered leading practitioners, academics, and representatives of IP offices and associations from around the world, creating a valuable platform for discussion and collaboration.
