On 28 June 2022, a conference “Two years of Intellectual Property Courts” organised by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland in cooperation with the Justice Institute was held. The conference was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the President of the Patent Office, professors dealing with intellectual property, judges adjudicating in the Intellectual Property Courts, legal counsels, attorneys and patent attorneys and representatives of employers’ associations. During panels and discussions, participants summarised the functioning of Intellectual Property Courts in Poland.
