AIPPI World Congress in San Francisco ended. It was five days of IP discussions, sessions and meetings.
Klaudia Blach Morysińska represented Zaborski Morysiński Law Firm on the Congress. Klaudia was AIPPI Polska reporter responsible for Q281 – Trade marks. Additionally, Klaudia was a delegate who represented AIPPI Polska on Plenary Sessions and Ex-Co.
During the Congress Klaudia moderated the Panel Session “Composite Trademarks: How Different is Different?”. The panel discussed the issues connected with comparing composite #trademarks from UE, US, Chinese and Canadian perspectives. It was a great piece of knowledge and discussion.
With great pride, we can report that Klaudia Blach Morysińska was elected to the Program Committee of AIPPI during the Congress. This is great recognition for her work and involvement in the Association.
Above all, it was a great time of reunion of IP friends all over the world. We are happy that we could be part of this.
