She is an advocate with multiple years of experience in legal services for real estate transactions. She advises national and international investors, developers, financing banks, and investment funds on all aspects of real estate transactions, from transaction structuring, due diligence, property acquisition and sale, to negotiating and concluding agreements for the investment process and commercialisation of facilities. She also provides ongoing legal advice relating to the operation and management of real estate as well as commercial and office facility leases.

She has more than 15 years’ experience of work at one of the largest international law firms.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and she also majored in International Relations at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. She is also a graduate of the English Law Centre organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge.

She is proficient in English.
