Co-founder and Partner in the law firm Zaborski, Morysiński Adwokacka Spółka Partnerska. He delivers broadly understood comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs and in the realm of employment law.

In his daily work, Advocate Lukasz Morysinski focuses on legal and business advice for entrepreneurs. He has been working with some of his Clients continuously for 20 years, which has given him an excellent understanding of the expectations and needs of both entrepreneurs and the business sector. He drafts and negotiates contracts for Clients. He provides his services to both purchasing and sales departments of large and small enterprises. He works with major corporations and holding entities in cooperation with in-house lawyers. Moreover, he specialises in handling compensation cases.

The multilateral experience gained in the course of numerous litigations enables him to provide comprehensive legal advice to business entities representing various market sectors.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lublin. In 2001, he completed an internship at the United Nations in Geneva. He completed his legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association.

He is an advocate registered on the list of advocates maintained by the Regional Bar in Warsaw.

He has represented a Client in a successful labour law dispute against a company in the energy sector regarding severance pay for unlawful termination of an employment contract, with a dispute value of PLN 500 thousand;
He has represented a Client injured in a traffic accident in a successful dispute against an insurance company, whose amount surpassed one million zlotys
He has handled and coordinated the sale of a group of companies whose value exceeded PLN 100 million
He has handled and coordinated the acquisition of shares in a joint stock company representing the banking sector
He has been involved in the due diligence related to the listing of a company that belonged to a holding company in the telecommunications sector on a foreign stock exchange with a value in excess of EUR 250 million
Among other things, he has advised businesses on investment processes related to the revitalisation of historic buildings, starting with the real estate transaction process, advice on project funding, including support in obtaining EU funds, as well as providing comprehensive legal services for project implementation
He has advised a foreign-invested entity in the energy sector in a public procurement procedure worth PLN 300 million
