He specialises in civil and commercial law and has extensive experience in the preparation and analysis of contracts. He provides comprehensive services to business entities, advising on corporate issues, transactional processes, capital and ownership changes and restructuring.

He is a graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin, where he obtained a Master of Laws’ degree, and the University of Huddersfield, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Law. He completed his legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association and is currently registered on the list of advocates maintained by the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He has been working with the Firm since 2015.

He provides day-to-day legal services and handles disputes for entities that belong to international capital groups, including entities with an annual turnover exceeding one billion zlotys. He has prepared civil engineering contracts and supervised their execution in multi-million dollar projects. He has coordinated numerous restructuring projects for medical business entities, including those under the so-called “New Deal”. He has also advised companies in processes related to the acquisition of funds from the Polish Development Fund Group as part of combating COVID-19, successfully accomplishing the acquisition and settlement of those funds.

He works closely with Clients in the medical, IT, food and industrial sectors, advising them on the legal issues involved in running their businesses and on strategic planning for the development of their businesses. He represents Clients in judicial and administrative processes as well as business negotiations.
