We are pleased to inform that a long-awaited book: “The history of Lublin 1944-1956. Political aspects”, ed. T. Osinski and M. Mazur (Lublin 2016) appeared in bookstores.
Marcin Zaborski, PhD partner in Zaborski Morysiński Law Office is one of the co-authors of this book. Marcin Zaborski, PhD developed the part of the book concerning the judiciary in the Lublin region in the years 1944-1956.
Marcin Zaborski, PhD included the following issues: (I) Resort of Justice PKWN; (II) The Ministry of Justice of the Provisional Government (February 1945); (III) common courts, military courts, special criminal court; (IV) summary courts, civil courts and advocacy.
This study is the first attempt to approach the whole justice in the Lublin region in the early years of the Polish People’s Republic.
