In May 2017 the newest edition of „Design Rights. Functionality and Scope of Protection” was published by Wolters Kluwer. The publication is a unique guidance for the worldwide law regulations on the design. The book discusses the current state of the design protection in twenty-seven key jurisdictions worldwide. Each chapter contains, among other things, information on the availability of protection of design, procedures for obtaining and enforcing protection, tests and approaches applied to the design functionality, strategy process, as well as examples of recent case law.
