Adaptation / inspiration / quotation is the common slogan with which creators meet. Is it possible to base a movie on the theme of a popular story? When can they be called adaptation, and when inspiration? Can inspiration violate third parties rights? When is it necessary to obtain consent in order not to expose the allegation of infringement?
