From 22 to 24 February 2024, the AIPPI 2024 Spring Meeting was held in Madrid. Zaborski, Morysinski law firm was represented by attorney and patent attorney Klaudia Blach-Morysinska,
Klaudia took an active part in the Meeting, first of all, as a pantheist in the Design law developments panel, during which the latest changes in design law in Japan, China, India, Australia, the UK and the planned changes in EU design law were discussed.
In addition, as co-chair of the Design Committee, Klaudia attended a committee meeting where current IP law issues and problems were discussed. In addition to substantive meetings, there was no lack of time for business and social meetings.
It was a time of interesting lectures, meetings and discussions.
