On 5-14 October 2020 AIPPI World Online Congress (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) took place in.
ZM Law Firm as represented by attorney at law and trademark and patent attorney Klaudia Błach-Morysińska. Klaudia was one of the delegates of Polish National Group.As part of the Congress, resolutions were adopted, some of which were prepared on the basis of Study Questions.
The number of interesting panel sessions were held during the congress. The sessions concerned, among others, patent issues, including issues related to FRAND, trademarks, copyright, redress and many others. The Congress was also an opportunity for the meeting of national group reporters and the meeting of treasurers and secretaries, during which current organizational issues.
It was very busy and fruitful Congress.
