Anna is a trademark and patent attorney and legal adviser. She specialises in the protection, management and commercialisation of intellectual property and other intangible assets, with a particular focus on trademarks and works, as well as in combating unfair competition, advertising law and the protection of personal rights.

Anna has experience in developing strategies for the protection of intangible assets, conducting proceedings to obtain protection, and enforcing intellectual property rights, including in contentious proceedings before the Polish Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), administrative courts and the ordinary courts.

Anna also drafts contracts involving intellectual property rights, including agreements for the IT, marketing, pharmaceutical, music, film and publishing sectors, and conducts IP audits and due diligence investigations in the field of intellectual property.

As part of her professional practice, she assists corporate clients from the pharmaceutical, FMCG, IT and industrial sectors, as well as entities from the media and advertising industries, and technology start-ups.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Łódź and has completed a postgraduate programme in Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance Management organised by the Warsaw School of Economics.
