Anna is trademark and patent attorney. She  specializes in the protection of trademarks and industrial designs, with a strong focus on managing complex IP portfolios and developing effective, business-oriented protection strategies.

She graduated from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and holds a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Warsaw.

Anna gained her experience at leading Polish law firms specialising in intellectual property. She advises both Polish and international clients on copyright and industrial property matters, particularly trademarks and designs, as well as unfair competition and personal rights.

Her practice covers the full lifecycle of IP rights – from clearance and filing strategies through to enforcement. She regularly supports clients in assessing risks associated with launching new products or services, particularly in relation to potential third-party rights infringements.

Anna has extensive experience in managing large-scale trademark portfolios, particularly for clients in the FMCG and gaming sectors, as well as design portfolios for fashion industry clients. She is also actively involved in pro bono work, supporting the Fashion Revolution Poland association since 2022, including on intellectual property matters.

Outside of her professional work, Anna is passionate about sustainable fashion and design.
