Patent Attorney and a European Trademark and Design Attorney.

He specialises in industrial property law, copyright law and the law against unfair competition.
He is a law graduate of law of the University of Warsaw and he completed his postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw.

He has gained his professional experience, among others, in a renowned Warsaw law firm in the Intellectual Property Protection Department, in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, where he worked as an assessor in the Trademark Department, then at Nestlé Polska S.A., where he was responsible for the protection of intellectual property rights of Nestlé Group companies in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in his own patent attorney firm.

He is a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
