BIOGRAPHY

An advocate with more than 20 years of practice in criminal law and economic crime law. He has been an attorney for the defence in hundreds of criminal trials ranging from organised crime cases, white collar crime, traffic accidents to fiscal criminal offences.  He also frequently acts as an attorney for the private prosecution in cases involving businesses as well as individuals.

He also represents his Clients in civil and family cases.

He is a highly appreciated teacher and lecturer. He has been teaching criminal law to trainee lawyers of the Warsaw Bar for many years, sharing his knowledge and experience with them.

He has been a permanent member of the State Examination Panel for several terms and testing future advocates during the bar exam in criminal law.     

Advocate Michał Pratkowski is engaged in the activities of the Warsaw Bar Association. For numerous years, he served as a Deputy Disciplinary Officer at the Warsaw Bar, and currently he adjudicates as a Disciplinary Judge at the Disciplinary Tribunal at the Warsaw Bar Association. 

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

He is one of the few trainees in the history of the Warsaw Bar Association to have  completed his legal training with an excellent result.

He is also a long-standing member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Polish Football
