BIOGRAPHY

She specialises in intellectual and industrial property law, with a particular focus on litigation and administrative proceedings concerning trademarks and industrial design infringement cases, as well as the prosecution of individuals and entities involved in the marketing of counterfeit goods.

Moreover, with experience in domestic and foreign trademark protection and based on her long-standing practice as an assistant judge, she develops effective strategies for Clients to establish and enforce their rights, as well as providing advice on the criminal and civil aspects of enforcing their intellectual property portfolio.

In addition to her intellectual property expertise, she has extensive experience in the broader field of civil proceedings, particularly in succession, partition and property law.

She graduated from the Catholic University of Lublin. She completed her legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association and was entered on the list of lawyers maintained by the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She completed a postgraduate course in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw and the annual Educational Course for Mark and Design Practitioners organised by the EUIPO, with the examination panel’s recognition of her written work as an example of ‘best practice’. In 2018/2019, she spent several months in the United States of America, attending industrial property law courses at Harvard University in Boston. 

She also holds a degree in psychology from the University of Warsaw, specialising in forensic psychology. Furthermore, she has co-authored several articles on intellectual property law and civil procedure.
