On 16-17 March 2017, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) held a seminar in the Bristol Hotel in Warsaw, which was organized jointly by three AIPPI National Groups from Poland, Germany and France with the participation of the AIPPI Bureau based in Zurich. The meeting covered the actual topics from IP law, including: damages in IP infringement matters; copyright issues related to architecture and construction; Patents and regulatory issues; unitary patent and Brexit.
Klaudia Błach-Morysińska from Zaborski, Morysiński Law Office was the moderator of the trademark and design panel on the notion of functionality in trademark and design matters.
