The pilot edition of the Advisory Panel Quality at the Polish Patent Office has come to an end, marking an important initiative aimed at strengthening dialogue between practitioners and Office experts. The programme created a platform for substantive, practice-oriented discussions on key aspects of industrial property proceedings.
Work was carried out in dedicated groups focusing, among others, on patent invalidation proceedings and trademark opposition cases. The exchange of perspectives enabled participants to identify practical challenges and potential directions for the further development of decision-making practice. Our colleague advocate and trademark and patent attorney took part in the Panel’s works.
Initiatives such as the Advisory Panel Quality play a significant role in enhancing the intellectual property system by fostering dialogue and contributing to the continuous improvement of proceedings before the Office.
