Klaudia Blach -Morysinska, as a member of the Zaborski Morysinski team, participated in the ECTA Roundtable in Alicante “Geographical indications in turmoil” co-organized by ECTA and Universitat d’Alacant Commercial Law Department.
The meeting was full of interesting discussions on the ongoing legal reform on GIs, the concept of evocation and what is wrong about collective geographical marks.
