Participation in the ECTA Round Table in Alicante

The ECTA Round Table in Alicante, titled “Should your weak trade mark go to the gym?”, focused on current challenges related to weak trade marks and recent EUIPO case law trends. The event brought together practitioners, academics and members of the Boards of Appeal, offering a platform for in-depth and practical discussion.
