AIPPI Polska together with Instytut Nauk Prawnych Polskiej Akademii Nauk (Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences) organized an all-day conference dedicated to the civil proceedings in IP matters (with a subtitle: do we need new regulations?).
Klaudia Blach Morysińska took part in the panel on current practice on preliminary injunction in Poland where she gave the update on the courts practice in preliminary injunction cases based on stats gathered from the Polish IP courts.
The active participation of the audience showed that discussed issues concern trademark practitioners and discussion is needed.
