ZM Legal Participates in EUIPO Quality Audit Panel

On 12, 25 and 26 November 2025, the EUIPO Stakeholder Quality Assurance Panel (SQAP) audit took place, focusing on decisions concerning absolute grounds for refusal of trade mark registration. The initiative brought together representatives of user associations to assess the quality of EUIPO decisions and contribute to the Office’s quality framework.

Klaudia Błach-Morysińska participated in the panel representing ECTA. Together with 20 auditors from 11 associations, the group reviewed a sample of decisions based on EUIPO’s quality criteria. Since its launch in 2017, SQAP has played an important role in incorporating user feedback into the Office’s quality management system.

Participation in the audit reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to advancing decision-making standards and strengthening expertise in intellectual property law, ultimately supporting high-quality legal advice for clients.
